2015 OBOA Bylaws Proposed Amendments

The Oregon Building Officials Association Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the below proposed bylaws amendments.  As per our current bylaws (Article XII), approval of two-thirds of the Class A members present at the business meeting shall authorize passage of any amendment.  The vote on these proposed amendments will be taken at the 2015 OBOA Annual Business Meeting on July 23, 2015 at The Riverhouse in Bend, Oregon.  All current voting members are eligible to vote at the meeting per current bylaws Article III, Section II.  

In an effort to make the voting process as efficient as possible at the meeting, the OBOA Board of Directors requests any comments or questions to the proposed amendments by Friday, July 10, 2015.  You may submit your comments and questions in writing to the OBOA Secretary, Eric Schmidt, SE, CBO, at [email protected] or to Vicky Danielson, OBOA Association Manager, at [email protected].
