About this Institute

All classes are full-day, six-hour sessions. Each class will begin promptly at 8:30 am and end by 4pm. There will be a lunch break from 12-1 pm and brief breaks every hour.

What your registration includes: Your registration includes instruction for the entire class, presentation/class handouts or materials (as provided by the speaker), opportunity to engage with the speaker and other participants, and ICC Preferred Provider Program CEUs (continuing education credit) as submitted to ICC on your behalf. For the day you are registered, a full, hot breakfast, is available from 8:00-8:30am, lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 pm is included in your fees.

ICC CEUs: To receive ICC CEUs for your attendance, each participant MUST attend the class in its entirety (ie: all six-hours). Partial credit or refunds will NOT be given. This is a requirement set by ICC and no exceptions can be made. Ensure each class date and times prior to registration to ensure availability to attend. A sign-in sheet will be available at the start of each course. Attendance is tracked for each session (for CEUs) by the time you log in and log out.

Paper Lite: OBOA is increasingly aware that every piece of printed paper has an impact on our event’s carbon footprint. In an effort to minimize paper waste and reduce meeting costs, session handouts will NOT be printed for attendees. Instead, they will be provided to each attendee electronically in advance of the institute.

Schedule: The Institute registration desk opens at 8:00 am each day and a full, hot breakfast buffet with coffee will be available at that time. Class sessions start at 8:30 am and are scheduled to end at 4:00 pm. There will be two 15-minute breaks, typically taken at 10:00 am and 2:30 pm (at the discretion of the instructor) and lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Registration fees include electronic session materials, a full, hot breakfast, breaks, and lunch for the day(s) you are registered.
