Sponsorship Opportunities Support OBOA's ABM!

There are several sponsorship opportunities available at this year's virtual meeting. Please consider sponsoring one of the options below -- it's a great way of supporting the Oregon Building Officials Association while getting great exposure to your company. Marketing your company's products and services is a fantastic way of showing your dedication to the building safety profession and the association.

Below are just a few possible sponsorships. We are happy to customize or discuss other ideas that may be of particular benefit to your organization. Please email [email protected] to explore ideas and find a perfect partnership with OBOA!

Available Sponsorships:

  • Break Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- SPONSORED -- During the scheduled program, we will have a brief 10-minute break. Sponsorship of the break includes verbal recognition from the emcee/OBOA Board President during the meeting, logo placement on our event webpage and throughout the meeting, opportunity to show a brief PowerPoint slideshow during the break (you provide), and acknowledgement on our website as a 2020 OBOA ABM Sponsor for one year.
  • Survey Sponsor (Investment: $400) -- SPONSORED -- Immediately following the ABM, an email will be sent to all attendees that will contain follow-up ABM documents including speaker presentations and a survey link. The survey will be required for attendees to complete in order to receive continuing education credits. Sponsorship of the survey will include placement of your company logo in the survey email, on the header of the survey, verbal acknowledgement of your sponsorship during the meeting, logo placement throughout the meeting, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2020 OBOA ABM Sponsor for one year.
  • Welcome/Intro Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- SPONSORED -- At the beginning of the program, we will allow our welcome sponsor to verbally address the entire audience ("podium" time) for 2-3 minutes to talk about your company's latest products and services. Additional benefits include the emcee/OBOA Board President introducing you as our Welcome Sponsor, you will receive logo placement on our event webpage and throughout the meeting, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2020 OBOA ABM Sponsor for one year.
  • Poll Question Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- SPONSORED -- Throughout the program, there will be several poll questions posed to the audience by the emcee/OBOA Board President. Sponsorship of a poll question allows for the sponsoring company to present the question and say a few brief words about your company before the question is posed. Additional benefits include verbal recognition from the emcee/OBOA Board President during the meeting, logo placement on our event webpage and throughout the meeting, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2020 OBOA ABM Sponsor for one year. Multiple opportunities are available for this sponsorship.
  • Universal Event Sponsor (Investment: $400) -- Want to just show your awesome generous support of OBOA in an easy way? Be an Universal Event Sponsor! This sponsorship includes verbal recognition from the emcee/OBOA Board President during the meeting, logo placement on our event webpage and throughout the meeting, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2020 OBOA ABM Sponsor for one year. Multiple opportunities are available for this sponsorship.

Have some SWAG to share with attendees? Let us help you get it to them! Event bags with fun giveaway items may be mailed to attendees pre or post event if we have enough interest. Only sponsors will be allowed to send items. OBOA will take care of the mailings, you provide the goods! Examples of some items we'd like to see donated (generally smaller items, no liquids -- things appropriate to ship): actual event bags, pens/pads, coozie cup holders, calendars, etc. If you'd like to see what else might be a good idea for this, please email Vicky Danielson with OBOA to discuss.

Registration Fees (per person):

Pre-registration is required -- deadline: Tuesday, August 25. Members and non-members are encouraged to attend. We are proud to offer Oregon Fire Marshals Association (OFMA) members discounted member pricing, as part of our organizational partnership.

  • OBOA / OFMA Member: $40
  • Non-Member: $60

Fees include online participation in all presentations and materials (as provided by the speakers) and continuing education unit (CEU) credit through the International Code Council Preferred Provider Program (ICC PPP).

Upon registration on the OBOA website, attendees will receive a confirmation email with Zoom access instructions (which must be completed in advance to finalize registration). For security purposes, each registrant will receive a unique link/ID which may not be shared with anyone else.


ICC Preferred Provider Program | Continuing Education Credit (CEUs)

This course has been approved through the International Code Council Preferred Provider Program (ICC PPP).

Approved Course #25486 | Hours: 3 | 0.3 CEUs | Type Live/In-Person

OBOA maintains record of all meeting participants in each of our programs. It is the responsibility of each individual to submit for credit with ICC directly. Certificates of Participation for individual record keeping will be provided on a request basis.
